Bond Audit Report Finds Encouraging Early Results
An independent audit report from Auditor Mary Hull Caballero’s office shows encouraging early results from Portland’s Housing Bond. The report, released June 19, recommends greater attention to Veteran, disabled, and senior populations as implementation moves forward, but said that the city has used clear, consistent criteria in selecting its projects, with each project serving to advance the city’s goals for the bond.
